What the heck did I just do?????

Here I am, starting a blog! What the flip? I don't know why I did this. As if I have all this extra time in my life to add something else into my busy schedule. Oh well, I might as well make the most of it. I do not know how often I will be able to post here, but I will try my best to add a little something at least once a week.

I am not quite sure what direction I will go with this blog. I have been a truck driver for about 20 years now. I love mountain biking and making art in my spare time. Oops! Did I say "spare time"? What is that? I also have a huge interest in health and healing through vitamins, supplements, and eating cleaner, more natural foods. I am a dog-lover in the worst way, so pardon me if I talk about my two adorable dogs a little too often.

I am keeping this first post sort of short, as I try to get over the fact that I just started a blog. I don't know why it scares me, but it does. I also have to go work on my profile and all the other things I need to do for my home page. Then, I need to go for a bike ride so I can have some time to think about what I will do with this thing!

So for now...........See ya!

Oooooh, goodie! You'll love it. It really is fun and it will develop over time. Sometimes you have time and things to write about and other times you slack off some. It evens out.

Mom

You are going to have lots of ups and downs at first, and second-guess yourself a lot, but in the end, the blog has to be for you, first, and then for connecting. Sometimes blogging is best for getting some things that you need to express OUT. And don't let the absence of comments some days get to you. People don't always think to comment, but that doesn't mean they aren't with you!
